Your order will always as quickly as possible, this will most likely be the next working day, following order placement. If due to stock unavailability, your order cannot be processed we will contact you, and give you an estimate of when we will be able to deliver your order!

Value Aquarium Cabinets use Fed Ex couriers, when we dispatch your order we will supply you with TRACKING INFORMATION, this will enable you to track your delivery on-line from our premises to your door. Your order will always be placed on a Next Working Day service (mainland UK deliveries), if our couriers are unable to deliver due to you not being available to accept your order, a card will be left with contact details to enable you to rearrange the delivery to a more convenient time, for small, light parcels we will use Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels, in these cases your delivery may take an additional day, we will always use a recorded delivery service.
